***edit*** fixed some little things and removed some ugly grain. Thanks to everyone who helped me make it better ;)

For those days that could be improved with a simple hug.
Not from just anyone, but from one who really cares.
You can feel the difference in the embrace.
Just a little reassurance that others' are by your side.

I hope this makes everyone's bad day a little better...I think it's made mine better and I made it.

I love it, the lighting is great. Texture is fantastic, and better yet, I also love the mumbojumbo in the description!=)

lol This is great.
I think that your "Technical Mumbo Jumbo" section might have attracted more of my attention and made me laugh harder than the actual picture, but it's good.
Especially since I have almost the exact same digital camera and can rarely make my pictures turn out this well (Thank goodness for Bryce and Paintshop Pro)... Very good.

Ps. I think this may be the first time I've laughed at a piece of wood. Kudos.

Do you believe in love at first sight, or should I walk by you again?
All this mumbo jumbo adds up to a good shot - will we ever get tired of the little wooden men?!?

and all that jazz... :meditation:

so, i found another manikin-brother :D well, one look at my gallery shows you, how much i love these wooden-puppets. you did such a good job in capturing that certain togetherness here, i really like the outcome. i'm always highly fascinated by the emotions, that you can convey with just two wooden manikin-puppies  the shadow in the background is neat, overall a wonderful picture :)

That's a lot of firsts. Very adoreable, love the cast shadow. :)
Nate you have done a really great job! Excellent work with the shadows-you have so much patience! This does make our day brighter, a hug really can do so much. The description is awesome too-wonderful work!
Screw you and your expressive wood!

Wait, let me rephrase that. Your wooden men are very expressive and they touched me in an aamzzing way, but your timing is off. No no, that still sounds wrong. Oh well, I guess I'll just have to hope you can look past that and read what I meant.

And how.
very cool. wood is fun.. i think.. but i have never seen expressive wood. i love it.
